WWC brought to you by the amazing, beautiful, funny, and talented Tink. Words for the week were: Era and Shiny. So, today I wore my Victorian Era inspired boots.
And now for the rest of the WWC:
Trilobite from the Paleozoic ERA
Shiny
And yesterdays snow - oh spring where for out thou?
G-man - it would be cruel to wish this snow on anyone, but if you get the urge let me know and we will send it your way
Kinght - thanks - they are comfy too!
Gary - Well, I got a whole closet of shoes to take pictures of.....
Butterfly girl - I think I actually did smack myself on the head when I thought of my trilobites.
Tink - if you lived close to me you would probably have your own pair as you would have been out shoe shopping with Nettie and me when I got em! And yes, those are marbles.
Christy - oh yes, I was like a kid in a candy store with the wall of marbles and the word Shiny on my list
REH - the marbles were on the wall in Macy's children's section. I was drooling all over it as we were hunting for shiny things. And we are SO ready to be done with snow. Sigh..........
A trilobite - genius! Era, indeed! A BIG one! I took geology in college (had to do a science - *sigh*) and was thrilled - or would that be "trilled" when I "found" my first trilobite. In retrospect, I suspect the prof salted a few around for us to find...your winter snow and ice shots are fabulous, but the MARBLES...oh, the marbles! I want a whole wall like that in my house!
Wow, you just start us off with those BOOTS (oh, those boots!) and then WHAM!! I think I'll have to come back and drool over those other pics all week long. But not the snow. I love snow in its proper time (say, December through February...I know, I'm crazy), but it's APRIL, for crying out loud!
oh. wait. I posted a snow pic for WWC. I suppose that means I can't rant. Sorry. (Your pics ARE beautiful)

First of all, I WANT YOUR BOOTS! Very cool. I loved the marble photos.
I never thought I would develop an obsession with women's shoes, but....
*smacks self in head*
A trilobyte! I had all kind of pictures of stuff like that, not by choice, but they are there!
Great shots! Love the marbles, what was it?
If I lived near you, I might be inclined to steal those gorgeous boots right off your cute little feet. I love the shiny pictures. Are those marbles??
Wowowowzers lots of shiny marbles. Me loves!
Love the lamp and the marbles pics! Where are all those marbles found anyway? Is it a wall or something?

Reb- You can find your marbles at Macy's in downtown St. Paul, MN
Chatty - we went trilobite hunting in highschool. Cant remember if the field trip was in New Jersey or went went over into PA. But it was fun!
Farmer*swife - And to think I could care less about shoes up to a few years ago. I guess I am makingup for lost time.
Fortune cookie- darl'n the snow is all yours. We are SO done with it.
Jo - I'm tell'n ya, next training out in Sylmar and you and I are hitting up that DSW at the Galleria.
Karen - those black ones? Uh, no, haven't seen them at all. Nope, not me (note to self, never take picture of balck lace up boots)
kcinnova - yeah, tell that to the weather fairy here in MN. She doesn't seem to realize it's April.
I love the boots! And the marbles.
But, really, I have seen enough of that snow! I pray it all melts soon! (or else I will lose the remaining marbles I have!!)
